how our leaders anxiously defend their rights
to their citizenship of this country
so they can rule over those
who want citizenship for this country
We are immigrants
that proudly hold ancestry to another land
I’m half Scottish, Irish, Italian
I’ve got a bit of German I’m a quarter Pom.
we cheer
we wear it on our chest.
stickers, badges and pins
we wear it
with pride
but what about those
who died
protecting their land
from those who have
Immigrated.
